Refund policy

If you are unhappy with the purchase for any reason, please let us know right away at explodingouthouse@gmail.com.

Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. (In the case of consumables, such as soap, there is a one-unit exception; the pack can be returned without the bar which was used to evaluate the product, for which there will be no penalty.)

Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Please ship to 307 S Broadway St, Princeton, MO, 64673 preferably in the original packaging.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
