We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment location in Princeton, Missouri, USA, close to the heart of Amish craftsmanship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide to over 200 countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and select regions in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

How long does shipping take?

• Domestic (U.S.): Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days, Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days 
  
• International: Typically 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

How much does shipping cost?

• Orders over $50 USD qualify for Free Economy Shipping within the U.S.
  
• Other domestic and international rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your door using our tracking page.

We work with USPS, DHL Express, and trusted carrier partners to ensure reliable delivery locally and abroad.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we can ship to most P.O. boxes within the United States.
